Club Pilates is looking for an energetic, driven and people-focused Multi-Studio Sales Manager to help lead sales performance across four San Diego-area studios.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves sales, understands people, enjoys coaching others and gets energized by seeing a team improve.

We're looking for more than someone who can personally close a sale. We want someone who can walk into a studio, recognize opportunities, help the team strengthen their sales skills, create accountability and ultimately help move the business forward.

What You'll Do

You'll work across our Mission Valley, La Mesa, North Park and Santee locations, partnering with studio leadership and sales associates to strengthen the entire sales process—from the first lead through the Intro Class and membership decision.

You'll spend time actively selling and working leads yourself, while also coaching and developing team members through real conversations, role play, observation and hands-on support.

The role will include:

• Leading and supporting sales efforts across four studios
• Following up with leads and prospective members
• Helping improve Intro Class booking, attendance and conversion
• Coaching team members on discovery, communication, follow-up and closing
• Reviewing sales activity and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Re-engaging past prospects and missed opportunities
• Supporting local lead-generation and community outreach efforts
• Collaborating with Studio Managers to strengthen overall studio performance
• Helping create consistency and accountability across the sales process

This is a hands-on position. You'll coach sales, but you'll also be in the mix making calls, talking with prospects, attending Intro Classes, closing memberships and demonstrating what great sales execution looks like.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is naturally confident with people and knows how to sell without sounding scripted or pushy.

You may be a great fit if you're competitive, self-motivated, comfortable with accountability and genuinely enjoy helping other people become better at what they do.

Previous experience in sales, sales leadership, fitness/wellness, hospitality, membership-based businesses or another high-touch customer environment is strongly preferred.

Boutique fitness experience is a plus, but it's not required. Strong sales ability and leadership potential matter more to us than knowing Pilates.

Schedule & Compensation

This is approximately a 30-hour-per-week position with some flexibility.

Must be available evenings and weekends.

Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate, sales commission and additional performance-based earning opportunities.
