Call Center Sales Representative

Location: Tampa, FL MCI is a fast-growing tech‑enabled business services company with a strong call center footprint across multiple countries. We deliver Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) cloud technology solutions to industries such as healthcare, retail, government, education, telecom, technology e‑commerce, and financial services. Call Center Sales Representative This role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting and selling products or services tailored to customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales. You will meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Follow up on leads, respond to inquiries, and stay informed about product updates, promotions, and offerings.
