Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities across multiple entities.
Review journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analyses, and general ledger activity.
Oversee financial statement preparation, consolidations, and intercompany accounting.
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and accounting policies.
Coordinate audit support activities and respond to accounting-related requests.
Partner with Finance, Tax, HR, and operational teams to support key business initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance reporting, and drive accounting efficiencies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
Strong experience with month-end close, general ledger management, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
CPA is a huge plus, but not required.
