Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute corporate strategy
• Lead external business development and client acquisition
• Foster talent development and organizational capability
• Ensure sound governance, compliance, and financial stability
• Make company-wide, long-term business decisions
• Design and execute strategies for sustainable growth
• Drive results with full P/L accountability
• Create and sustain a learning and growth culture

Qualifications:

• 10 +years of executive management experience (Assistant VP level or above) in logistics or adjacent industries
• Proven success managing in multicultural or cross-border environments
• Demonstrated P/L responsibility and strategic planning expertise
• Experience in organizational restructuring or new business development
• Bilingual language skills in Japanese is highly desired or experience working with a Japanese owned organization
