Vice President

Position Overview Vice President – Marketing (Hybrid work schedule) This position reports directly to the First Vice President, Commercial Lines Marketing Manager. The primary responsibility is to market and place new and renewal business as assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer or Regional Marketing Officer – Marketing, focusing on general Property & Casualty. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with executive-level employees at carriers and wholesalers the firm does business with. Assist in client-facing meetings as required. Participate in the training and development of Marketing Department employees under the direction of the First Vice President and Regional Marketing Officer. Manage team members assigned to the Marketing Department. Qualifications and Skills Well-versed in sales, marketing training, and development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \l 4 to 7 years of relevant experience. Experience with an active CRM system preferred. Daily proficiency with Microsoft Office products; strong knowledge required. Prepared to learn industry applications such as AIR Modeling, MVRs, and Loss Picks. Working knowledge of Property, General Liability, Automobile, Workers’ Compensation, and Umbrella coverages. Desirable experience with shared and layered placements and the London/Bermuda marketplace. Valid P&C license required. Compensation Salary range: $115,000 to $150,000 annually, influenced by skills, experience, business line, scope, and location.
