You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client's office suite.Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.What You Bring:Experience: Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST)Certifications & Credentials:California Emergency Medical Technician License and National RegistrationValid California Guard Card; this is an unarmed positionAmerican Heart Association BLS Provider OR HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid CertificationU.S. Passport & Driver's LicenseHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to complete and pass a pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT)Meet-and-Greet evaluation (dependent on client/location)Background Investigation & Random Drug ScreeningSkills & Attributes:Command presence and confidence under pressureStrong written and verbal communication skillsTactical awareness and emergency response capabilitiesPhysical readiness and mental resilienceDiscretion, integrity, and professionalismPreferred Qualifications:Prior military, law enforcement, or ERT experienceCA CCW, Exposed Firearm Permit, LEOSA/HR 218 permit or CCW valid for all 50 statesSpecialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident responseCompletion of Executive Protection or Residential Security AcademyFamiliarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and ProcessesElite Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceCompetitive 401(k) with employer matchEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Time Off (PTO)Advanced training opportunities in defensive driving and executive protectionThis Is More Than a Job.
