Construction Laborer

Load, unload, move and stage materials, tools, and equipment. Assist carpenters, labor crews, and other trades with daily project needs. Help with demolition, light carpentry, setup, and general labor tasks. Operate hand and power tools appropriate to the work being performed. Follow safety requirements and report hazards or concerns promptly. Care for company tools and equipment so they are ready for the next task. What We’re Looking For A dependable team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Someone who takes pride in doing quality work and showing up ready to help. Ability to follow directions, work safely, and communicate well with the crew. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Comfort working outdoors in changing weather and active job site conditions. Previous construction experience is helpful but not required. Preferred, But Not Required Experience with commercial construction, demolition, light carpentry, or basic construction tools. OSHA 10 or other safety training. Experience operating telehandlers, forklifts, skid steers, or similar equipment.
