Onsite Support Associate

Our clientis seeking a Onsite Support Associate to join their team. As a Onsite Support Associate, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting client sites. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Onsite Support Associate Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay range: $21- $26 What's the Job? Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms/applications using established protocols. Identify incident trends for the purpose of escalating incidents, adhering to strict timeframes, and following established protocols. Conduct routine installations and configurations, assembling and integrating system/products in accordance with standard protocols. Respond to service, product, technical, and customer-relations inquiries promptly and appropriately, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Execute scripted change management activities, adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes to maintain service quality and compliance. What's Needed? High School Diploma, GED, or higher secondary education, or demonstrated competence through work experience. Typically 2-5 years of related work experience, preferably in maintenance, quality, or a related field. Ability to manage consumable inventory and perform device troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. What's in it for me?
