Nurse Leader - ED Observation Unit (Nights)

Jackson Health System is seeking an Associate Nurse Manager for the Miami location to oversee nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care. You'll lead the daily activities, work closely with the nurse manager, and implement strategic initiatives for staff engagement and patient education. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a valid Florida RN license, and have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
