Product Development Mechanical Engineer II - Manufacturing

Kohler is seeking an Engineer II to support component and product development within our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will design and refine products for performance, quality, and cost, using modern CAD tools and engineering analysis. You’ll lead prototype builds, testing, and validation, and collaborate closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial design to launch reliable, sustainable solutions. You’ll support continuous improvement on the factory floor, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to global projects in a culture centered on craftsmanship, innovation, and gracious living.
