- Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Experience Required: 2 years of outpatient clinic experience
- Licensure: Must possess an active California LVN license
- Certifications Required:
- BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross only)
- IV & Blood Certification
- Immunization Requirement: Flu vaccine (no declinations or exemptions allowed)
- Special Requirements: Experience with Epic electronic medical records is a must Work Details:
- Weekend Requirement: No
- Floating Requirement: Yes
- On-Call Requirement: No
- Pending License: NO, must have an active license at the time of submission
- Scheduling Requests: No scheduling requests can be accommodated Shift Information:
