Grant Manager, School of Medicine, Department of Medicine The Grant Manager will be assigned a research portfolio of Principal Investigators and will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring grant accounts and external funding associated with the portfolio. Responsibilities Oversee and monitor grant accounts and external funding associated with the portfolio. Manage budgets and expenses for grants, ensuring allocability and allowability. Facilitate necessary accounting actions for grant administration issues. Provide support to Principal Investigators to ensure grants are administered in accordance with established guidelines and remain within budget. Meet regularly with PIs to review funding status and address concerns. Facilitate administrative components for subcontract agreements and invoice monitoring. Respond to inquiries in a timely manner, offering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders. Participate in funding identification and proposal development activities as necessary. Provide administrative or research support as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 3-5 years of relevant experience.
