Senior Software Engineer

Business ArchitectDallas, TX (3 days a week at office.)Job Description:10+ years of experience as Business Architect or Process Architect.Ability to apply structured business architecture approach and methodology to capture key views (capability, functional landscape, etc) of the enterpriseAbility to visualize and create high level models that can be used in knowledge sharing and future analysisExperience in modeling current state, perform analysis & process analysis and define target stateExperience in using variety of tools & techniques for business architecture & process modelingAbility to act as liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT teamsKnowledge on Railroad, Travel & Logistics industry is plusExperience in using any Business Architecture tools such as ARIS, iServer, etc is plusExperience in modeling notations such as BPMN, ArchiMate is plusStrong situational analysis and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and strong customer facing skillsExperience in conducting Design Thinking and Strategy sessionsResponsibilities:Conduct workshops and coordinate across multiple senior stakeholders.Capture requirements & document EPICS, user storiesArrive at a high level business architectureTool knowledge - ARIS, Visio, Bizagi/Track KPI and enable process improvements.Good knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics domain.Experience in Railroad is a plus.
