What You’ll Do: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit based on both skill and cultural alignment Manage the full-cycle recruitment process with a sense of urgency and attention to detail Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates to stakeholders Foster strong relationships with candidates and internal teams, demonstrating empathy and professionalism Complete sales calls weekly to develop new client relationships and generate new job orders for available associates
