APPOINTMENT SETTER / INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – LUXURY AESTHETICS

Full-time, 40 hours per week | 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Central Time
$12 per hour + 50% commission on booking deposits collected

THE ROLE

We are hiring an Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Representative to respond to leads, build relationships, conduct screening calls, and guide qualified clients toward booking treatments.

This is a sales and relationship-building role—not a passive reception or administrative position. You will make 50–100 outbound calls each day, follow up consistently, overcome objections, and create an outstanding first impression for every prospective client.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Make 50–100 outbound calls to new leads, past leads, and existing clients each day.
• Respond quickly to incoming inquiries and, when available, call new leads within three minutes during business hours.
• Conduct screening calls, answer questions, and recommend the appropriate next step.
• Build trust, address concerns, and confidently guide qualified clients toward booking.
• Collect booking deposits and help reduce cancellations and no-shows.
• Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments by phone, text, and email.
• Re-engage inactive clients and leads who have not yet booked.
• Keep all client interactions, notes, and follow-up tasks accurate and current in the EHR system.
• Collaborate with the team to improve booking strategies and the client experience.

HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED

• Consistently complete 50–100 outbound calls per day.
• Book at least 20% of leads who do not schedule themselves.
• Maintain a client show rate of at least 75%.
• Meet established conversion goals for confirmed booking opportunities.
• Complete all required EHR updates by the end of each day.
• Help every client feel informed, supported, and excited about their next step.

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

• Have experience in appointment setting, inside sales, lead conversion, client success, or high-touch customer service.
• Are comfortable with a high daily call volume and consistent follow-up.
• Communicate with warmth, confidence, professionalism, and integrity.
• Know how to ask thoughtful questions, handle objections, and ask for the booking.
• Are organized, detail-oriented, reliable, coachable, and motivated by goals.
• Can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Are comfortable using EHR, scheduling, phone, text, and email systems.
• Handle sensitive client information with care and discretion.

Experience in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, wellness, healthcare, luxury hospitality, or consultative sales is preferred but not required for an exceptional salesperson.
