We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ER Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced emergency department, delivering high-quality care to patients in critical situations. This role requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Schedule: Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Sign-on: $15k

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the emergency room
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Respond quickly to emergency and critical situations
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of recent ER or acute care nursing experience
• Active RN license in Florida or Compact state
• BLS certification
• ASN or ADN in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience in emergency room and acute care settings
• Proficiency in patient assessment, IV therapy, medication administration, and triage
• Familiarity with electronic health records
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
