About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to take full ownership of performance on the floor, with a primary focus on turning plans into output across manufacturing, warehouse, and fulfillment. This senior leader will be accountable for production output, warehouse execution, labor productivity, and on-time delivery, and must bring a sense of urgency, discipline, and clarity to daily operations. The role involves setting the pace for safety, productivity, and on-time delivery, while also building strong alignment across the supply chain and engineering. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations executive who is passionate about leading in the operational environment and developing leaders who drive results. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations include delivering production targets, establishing operating cadence, KPIs, and accountability, and improving safety, quality, and process flow. The role also requires ensuring accurate and on-time pick, pack, and ship execution, maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy, and leading continuous improvement efforts to reduce defects and rework. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing senior leaders across supply chain, engineering, and project teams, and must have a proven track record in manufacturing operations leadership, with experience in environments of $20M- $100M. Strong skills in cross-functional alignment, disciplined execution, and a commitment to developing leaders at all levels are essential.
