Specialty: ICU / Critical Care Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (Travel RN) Shift Duration: 12-hour nights Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,460 - $1,540 Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Floating: Required as needed Location: San Antonio, Texas 78258, in the desirable Stone Oak area with convenient access to shopping, dining, and major roadways Job Requirements Active Texas RN license required; temporary licenses are not accepted Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing or critical care RN experience required Current BLS certification required Current ACLS certification required Meditech experience preferred Strong attendance, reliability, and accountability are essential Ability to adapt to floating assignments as needed Responsibilities Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to adult ICU patients in a fast-paced critical care environment Monitor patients closely and respond promptly to changes in condition Administer critical care interventions, including vasopressor support, per protocol Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe patient outcomes Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the EMR Maintain professionalism while supporting unit standards, floating expectations, and attendance policies Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellent patient care 401K with Matching, Healthcare, Dental and Vision We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity across our organization.
