Position: Registered Nurse – Telemetry Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment Shift Duration: 12-hour nights Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,460–$1,540 Start Date: September 3, 2026 End Date: December 3, 2026 Floating: Required as needed Charting System: Meditech Job Requirements Active Texas RN license required; temporary licenses are not accepted Minimum of 2 years of telemetry nursing experience Minimum of 2 years of travel nursing experience BLS certification required ACLS certification required Experience with Meditech electronic health records (EHR) preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and adaptability in a high-acuity hospital setting Responsibilities Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition Assist with procedures and unit-specific care, including TEE and cardioversion support Document accurately and efficiently in Meditech Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes Float to other areas as needed based on unit and facility needs Maintain professionalism and flexibility in a dynamic travel nurse assignment environment 401K with Matching, Healthcare, Dental and Vision We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity across our organization.
