Responsibilities Operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or system following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards. Use technical skills to improve line or system performance to meet business needs. Execute all standard work processes on equipment using AM and progressive maintenance (PM) standards while ensuring safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets. Observe safety processes and perform quality assurance activities. Understand the losses in the area and equipment and report them. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in a high‑speed industrial or manufacturing environment. Availability to work any shift, including daily and weekend overtime if necessary. Physical capability to bend, carry, reach, climb, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds; ability to operate manufacturing equipment such as transports and forklifts; perform visual inspection and measurement techniques; complete quality and production paperwork accurately and legibly. Experience operating machines with coaching, safety and quality standards, reading and writing, and a collaborative spirit in a diverse work environment. Other Requirements Shift flexibility: weekday or weekend shifts required, with some overtime. Travel: none. Salary and Benefits The hourly wage for this position is $23.10 per hour. The position offers healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and paid time off in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Some benefits have eligibility requirements.
