Location: Remote with occasional travel
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Focus on Cubes and Transformer In addition to the standard Cognos Developer, specifically looking for expertise in the highlighted areas. Our reports are complex, so I need someone highly skilled to maintain and enhance them. Please let me know if you need further details.
- Proficiency with all aspects of IBM Cognos Analytics Product Suite (Reports, Framework Manager, Powerplay Transformer, Administration)
- Proficiency with SQL to query Oracle and SQL Databases.
- Experienced in Framework Manager Dimensional Modeling, Transformer cube design and development
- Proven experience in scripting (HTML, Java Scripting and/or jQuery) to extend Cognos capabilities
- Proven experience in creating reports using Dimensional model using Cognos MDX
- Excellent performance tuning and trouble shooting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication
