We partner with retirement plan sponsors and their financial professionals to deliver top-tier administration and compliance solutions for employer-sponsored retirement plans — and we're growing. What You'll Do Handle bank deposits of customer checks and follow up on overdue invoices to keep cash flow moving. Execute accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, and enter financial data accurately into Intacct. Perform account and bank reconciliations, and research and resolve discrepancies when something doesn't match. Help with routine accounting functions. Assist the Finance Department with administrative items and support financial projects as they come up. Jump in wherever you're needed. We're a team, and we roll up our sleeves together. Requirements Must-Haves Live in (or be ready to relocate to) Northeast Ohio. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred. One year of accounting experience preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with Intacct or similar accounting software is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. A self-starter with good problem-solving skills who works well independently and takes pride in high-level client service.
