Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with relevant software systems and the ability to quickly learn new tools. Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field is preferred. Our office is located in Chicago, IL (60646). Our office is open 9-5. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a second generation State Farm agent. I am a proud graduate of University of St. Thomas. We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
