General Description The purpose of this job is to serve as a Clinical Supervisor within the Clinical Services Unit. The role involves delivering trauma-informed behavioral health services for victims of crime, survivors, and families throughout the phases of readiness, response, and recovery. The Clinical Supervisor will ensure the delivery of high-quality services, including therapy, assessments, community resource linkage, and direct care services. This position reports to the Director of Clinical Services and works under general supervision, developing work methods and sequences while functioning independently or in a team setting.

- Supervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff, processing employee concerns and problems, directing work, counseling, disciplining, completing employee performance appraisals, and chart audits.
- Supervising, directing, and evaluating assigned staff, addressing employee concerns, directing work, providing counseling, conducting performance appraisals, and completing chart audits.
- Providing clinical supervision, including orientation, training, individual and group supervision, and performance evaluation.
- Assisting with the recruitment, hiring, and training of staff, volunteers, and students.
- Collaborating with the State Research and Training Specialist and state and regional VOCA staff to identify and address training needs.
- Conducting, coordinating, and facilitating training, presentations, and meetings.
- Assisting with the development and coordination of exercises or drills.
- Ensuring compliance with supervision requirements and maintaining an hourly tracking system.
- Co-signing clinical documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge planning, etc.) when required.
- Participating in and facilitating leadership meetings as appropriate.
- Staying informed on legal and ethical issues related to counseling and psychiatric care and disseminating this information to staff.
- Ensuring timely completion of requests for records.
- Maintaining compliance with all Joint Commission training requirements relevant to job duties, including those related to the use of restraints and physical holding of individuals receiving services.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Requires a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- At least four (4) years of progressive clinical, crisis intervention, field casework, or related experience, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory role preferred.
- Experience in pragmatic family therapies, individual therapy with children and adults using cognitive behavioral techniques, marital therapy using behaviorally based approaches, and behavioral therapy targeting school behavior and academic performance is preferred.
- Experience with trauma-informed services, cognitive behavioral therapies, and clinical modalities.

- Electrical shock; Heights.
- Radiation; Disease/pathogens.
- Toxic/caustic chemicals; Explosives; Violence.
- Other extreme hazards not listed above.
- Requires Texas Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Must be able to be credentialed as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) in the time limit designated by EHN.
- Must possess and maintain a valid state Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
- Must be able to pass a TB, criminal background, and drug screen.
- Staffing requirements include diverse disciplinary backgrounds, state-required licenses, and accreditation. Staff must be culturally and linguistically trained to meet the clinic's patient population needs.
- Credentialed, certified, and licensed professionals with adequate training in person-centered, family centered, trauma informed, culturally-competent and recovery-oriented care.
- Responsible for leading and implementing the EHN common purpose and service framework to continuously provide exceptional care to all constituents.
