Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
- Supervise, coach, and develop production team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and create employee development plans.
- Promote employee engagement, accountability, and teamwork
- Travel approximately 30% of the time to manufacturing facilities, customer locations, training events, and operational meetings.
- Support implementation of safety initiatives, process improvements, and standardization efforts across multiple sites.
- Conduct site assessments, production reviews, and compliance audits.
