Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an outpatient primary care position serving clinics in Fitchburg and Leominster, Massachusetts. This position provides comprehensive primary care while working alongside physicians and a multidisciplinary team, with flexible shift and workweek options available.

Position Overview

• Outpatient primary care
• Practice at two nearby outpatient locations in Fitchburg and Leominster
• Flexible 8, 10 or 12-hour shifts
• Choice of 3, 4 or 5-day workweek schedules
• Up to 36 clinical hours per week
• Phone-only call rotation
• No routine nights or weekends
• Collaborative physician support
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Compensation

• $110,000-$132,000 base salary
• Quarterly incentive with up to $20,000 annual bonus opportunity

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care

Requirements

• Board certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant required
• Massachusetts license or eligibility to obtain Massachusetts licensure required
• DEA registration or ability to obtain DEA registration required
• Ability to provide outpatient primary care required
• Ability to practice at both Fitchburg and Leominster outpatient locations required
• Interest in relationship-based outpatient primary care preferred
• Interest in a collaborative, team-based practice preferred
