Front Desk Concierge

Location Horsham Athletic Club Description Greet each member and guest with an upbeat voice and welcoming smile while granting access to the HAC facilities Provide security and control to the front door of the facility Ensure active membership and updated photos Register all guests into the HAC using proper registration procedures Listen to members questions and concerns and provide accurate responses or guide them in the right direction as needed in person, email or by telephone Fold and distribute towels and other materials as needed Coordinate group exercise sign-in sheets and stamping system Follow proper opening and closing procedures Position Requirements Complete PA Criminal Background Check Friendly, welcoming, outgoing personality required Upbeat, positive and optimistic attitude required Effective verbal communication skills are a must Outstanding time management and organizational skills to work in a multi-task, fast-paced environment with general supervision Patient, courteous listener with the ability to show empathy required Ability to interact professionally with multiple levels of personnel within the organization internally and externally Effective verbal communication skills are a must Highly motivated, self-starting professional May sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk frequently during the day May stand four (4) to eight (8) hours per day May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion Visual acuity to see and read fine prints Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus Must be able to hear normal voice sounds The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this role Full-Time/Part-Time Part-Time EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
