About the role: The Front Desk Agent is an integral part of the Front Office Team. You are the first impression, and have the opportunity to make a lasting impression through your intuitive service, attention to detail and highly efficient check in/out skills. This role connects with the guests during their stays, quickly responds to requests, personalizes interactions and finds opportunities to make their experiences memorable.
