Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Eddystone, PA 

Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duration: Direct Hire

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 + DOE

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead and oversee all plant maintenance operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment, mobile fleet, and facility infrastructure.

·       Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

·       Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and extend the life of manufacturing machinery.

·       Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation-related equipment issues, coordinating timely repairs to minimize production downtime.

·       Oversee the maintenance of plant facilities, including electrical, plumbing, lighting, and general building systems.

·       Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable safety and environmental regulations while promoting a strong culture of workplace safety.

·       Coordinate with outside contractors and service vendors for specialized repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility projects.

·       Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment service logs, repair history, inspections, and performance metrics.

·       Respond to emergency maintenance situations and provide leadership during critical equipment failures, including occasional after-hours support as needed.

Required Qualifications:

·       High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

·       3–5 years of maintenance, engineering, or industrial technical experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

·       Hands-on knowledge of electrical systems, automation, drives, motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

·       Experience with metal fabrication, cutting, and welding.

·       Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of manufacturing equipment.

·       Working knowledge of OSHA and applicable environmental and safety regulations.

·       Proficiency with maintenance management software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

·       Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment documentation.
