We foster a diverse and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and career growth. Furlani Foods is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Oak Creek – North Plant facility. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for developing and executing preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), reliability, uptime, and overall plant performance. This leader inspires and engages the team through a clear vision, defined roles, effective coaching, and open communication—fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime in a 24/7 operation.
• Lead the maintenance team in implementing and sustaining reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) practices.
• Deploy maintenance strategies and KPIs and metrics aligned with business/company strategies and performance goals.
• Collaborate on Root Cause Analysis and Reliability-Centered Maintenance to reduce unscheduled downtime and boost equipment efficiency.
• Collaborate with supporting departmental teams on capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related technical field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum 5-7 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of Reliability Engineering, mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• A motivational leader and communicator at all levels of the organization.
• Experience implementing best in class maintenance programs and strategies such as: Planning/Scheduling, Predictive and Preventative Maintenance.
