Employment Defense Attorney - Los Angeles (Hybrid)

Join a respected employment defense practice known as one of the few firms in California that aggressively litigates on the defense side of employment matters — not just a settlement mill. We're growing our Los Angeles office and looking for a mid-level attorney to take on substantive litigation work from day one. You'll handle employment defense litigation (discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage & hour) along with some business and contract-dispute work, working directly with senior litigators rather than getting buried in doc review. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Active California Bar license 3-7 years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff or defense side both considered; defense-side preferred) Comfortable with independent case management and client-facing work Some business/contract litigation exposure a plus, not requiredCOMPENSATION RANGE
The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 - $300,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
