Dietary Aide
Lynn care Center | Front Royal, VA
Pay: $13.00–$15.00 per hour based on experience
Lynn Care Center is looking for a dependable and caring Dietary Aide to join our team! If you enjoy working with people and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents, we would love to have you on our team.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with preparing and serving meals to residents
Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals
Deliver meals and trays to residents as needed
Assist with serving meals according to resident diets and preferences
Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Keep the kitchen, dining areas, and workspaces clean and organized
Assist with stocking food and supplies
Work closely with the Dietary Manager, Cook, and dietary team
Provide friendly and respectful service to residents
Follow all facility policies and food service guidelines
Previous dietary, food service, restaurant, or healthcare experience preferred
Long-term care experience is a plus
Ability to follow instructions and dietary requirements
Reliable and dependable
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to interact professionally and compassionately with residents
