We want our Winebow family to feel at home and to be empowered to bring their best selves forward.We seek talent from all backgrounds to join our organization and are dedicated to achieving a diverse workforce in all aspects of employment including but not limited to recruiting, hiring, promotion, training, benefits, wage and salary equity.This position can be based in either Schiller Park, IL, Pompano Beach, FL or Glen Allen, VA.Essential Functions:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives to meet or exceed sales goalsDevelop and execute sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenueCreate team performance KPIs, metrics, and reporting tools to monitor team performance; provide regular feedback and coachingEstablish and maintain sales processes, scripts, and best practices to improve efficiency and conversion ratesCollaborate with field sales and portfolio teams to align on campaigns and customer outreach strategiesConduct regular pipeline reviews and forecast sales performance accuratelyRecruit, train, and onboard new sales team membersIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivityEnsure excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem resolutionStay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activityRepresent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in all customer interactions.Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.Arrives at work, appointments, meetings, and all work-related functions on time and as scheduled.Other Functions:Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicate hazards and/or suggest improvements to ManagerOther duties as assignedWorking Conditions:Normal office environmentEquipment/Machinery Used:Telephone, copier, computer (or tablet), fax machine, calculator.Physical Requirements:Sitting, standing, manual dexterity, reaching, visual acuityMinimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3–7 years of inside sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role; wine industry experience preferredProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership, coaching, and team development skillsExperience in managing remote teams strongly preferredExperience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics toolsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze data and make strategic decisionsHighly organized with strong time management skillsHybrid Work Schedule: Required in-office Tuesday–Thursday, with additional in-office attendance required as needed for special meetings or business needs on non-designated in-office days. #J-18808-Ljbffr
