Senior Benefits & Leave Specialist — HR Systems & Compliance

Epiphany Dermatology seeks a Sr. Benefits and Leave Specialist to lead benefits programs, leave administration, and ensure regulatory compliance across ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA and ADA. You will own enrollments, life events, COBRA, and annual open enrollment, partner with payroll and vendors, and deliver high-caliber service to employees while enhancing data integrity.
