Senior Salesforce Technical Architect

Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to the client Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice; contribute to the community’s knowledge base and expertise Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value Communicate clearly, teach complex concepts, and apply prescriptive thinking Identify and proactively manage risk, following issues through to resolution Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions with the customer and third-party partners Review and direct project/program direction, approach, and artifacts to keep programs on track and solutions maintainable Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions Contribute to a program vision while advising on enabling technologies including the Salesforce Platform Minimum Requirements 8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects Strong application design skills with data, integration, and security architecture expertise Strong presentation skills; able to defend a point of view to diverse audiences Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to develop audience-appropriate materials Excellent listening and communication with people in diverse roles Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration Resourceful and innovative thinker capable of solving problems Strong experience in integration concepts, designs, and patterns Required Qualities TRUST: Trusts the company’s core values; integrity, transparency, and reliability TEAM PLAYER: Proficient at collaboration within a team COMMUNICATOR: Clear and purposeful written and verbal communication, capable of engaging executives with confidence Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline; equivalent work experience considered Ability to convey best practices to customers at various levels Application design and development background Travel may be required depending on client requirements Strong Enterprise Architecture background is favorable Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications Experience in Consumer Goods Cloud and related industries is a plus Preferred Qualities LEADERSHIP: Self-aware; builds strong relationships THOUGHT LEADER: Clear point of view with executive presence; confident storytelling Experience with AI-powered development tools and understanding of their strengths and limitations Experience leading a technical team or workstream with mentoring and talent development Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level and senior technology leaders Experience delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform is a strong plus Unleash Your Potential.
