Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will Do:Execute Engineering Source Approval activities for conventional machining and special processes such as milling, turning, grinding, drilling, broaching, welding, brazing, and surface treatments.Collaborate with supplier engineering teams and internal Engineering, Procurement, and Quality to complete process approvals, evaluate changes, and resolve technical variations.Manage approval schedules and resources to ensure timely, rigorous, and compliant qualifications of aerospace manufacturing processes.Review and validate process operation sheets, process monitoring methods, NDE techniques, and destructive metallurgical testing results.Analyze and document process performance, prepare technical reports, and develop standard work to strengthen manufacturing consistency.Qualifications You Must Have:Technical Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, engineering, manufacturing, materials, or aerospace functions.Qualifications We Prefer:Broad knowledge of materials and processes used in gas turbine engine manufacturing.Experience with machining and special processes particularly welding and brazing.Familiarity with Pratt & Whitney design, manufacturing, and quality systems and ESA processes.Learn More & Apply Now!What Is My Role Type: In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work.
