Service Coordinator: Power Generation Services

What You'll Do

As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting daily service operations, including customer communication, administrative coordination, and service workflow management.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver outstanding customer service through professional and timely communication
• Assist with incoming branch phone calls and customer inquiries
• Coordinate with the Service Dispatcher to prioritize service requests and maximize technician efficiency
• Open, update, and manage service calls within the ERP system
• Upload documentation, maintain service records, and ensure data accuracy
• Review and audit closed service work orders, identifying and resolving outstanding issues
• Manage prepaid customer reports, collections follow-up, and related account actions
• Support accounts receivable efforts, including collection activities and purchase order management
• Receive, organize, and stage parts for preventative maintenance and repair work
• Investigate and resolve Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) discrepancies and customer concerns
• Monitor and follow up on open quotes and service opportunities
• Process Generac startup registrations (where applicable)
• Coordinate shipment of oil samples and related documentation
• Assist the Branch Operations Manager with administrative and operational initiatives
• Serve as a backup for service scheduling and dispatch functions when needed
• Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance
