As a Trade Lifecycle Specialist IV within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in managing moderate to complex tasks related to cash movements in and out of client accounts and preparing funding for managed demand deposit accounts. Your work will have a significant impact within your team, ensuring all trades are processed on respective platforms across all asset classes. You will leverage your expertise in a variety of work processes, applying advanced knowledge of policies and procedures to solve non-routine problems. Your role will involve working on escalated assignments, requiring you to apply problem-solving techniques and improve existing processes. Your ability to actively listen, manage internal stakeholders, create presentations, and initiate process improvements will be key to your success in this role. Job responsibilities Manage the preparation and allocation of funding for managed demand deposit accounts (DDA's), ensuring proper allocation within set thresholds. Collaborate with other business lines to facilitate appropriate funding, ensuring seamless operations across all asset classes. Utilize various systems and tools to reconcile ledgers, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. Contribute to the review and improvement of end-to-end processes, applying knowledge of process improvement methodologies to optimize operations. Support the implementation of automation initiatives, leveraging knowledge of systems architecture and automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Understand the function and relevant processes end to end. Assist in identification of issues, analysis of problems and implementation of solutions. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in managing cash movements in and out of client accounts and preparing funding for managed demand deposit accounts. Demonstrated ability to apply problem-solving techniques to resolve defined problems within the trade lifecycle. Experience in using systems architecture and automation technologies to support operational efficiency. Ability to create and deliver presentations to peers, managers, and stakeholders using standard office software applications. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies to optimize processes and propose solutions within the trade lifecycle. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Prior Securities Operation will be beneficial.
