What You'll Do As a Leasing Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our community, helping people find their perfect home while delivering exceptional customer service. Welcome & Wow: Greet prospects with a warm smile and give personalized property tours. Close the Deal: Turn prospects into happy residents by understanding what prospects are looking for and guiding them through the application process. Market & Shine: Use creative strategies to spread the word about our properties through social media, local events, and marketing campaigns. Support & Solve: Be a go‑to resource for residents, addressing questions and concerns while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Be a Team Player: Work in conjunction with the Property Management team to meet the leasing and renewal goals for the property. What You’ll Bring to the Team You’re passionate about helping people find their next home. You’re an excellent communicator with a knack for building relationships and making people feel at ease. You have a sales‑driven mindset and follow through on every lead. You’re tech‑savvy and can easily navigate property management software and social media platforms. You’re detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask like a pro. You have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (a plus, but not required).
