What You’ll Do As a Field Service Technician at Lantech, you’ll combine technical skill with customer interaction while working both in the field and at our facility. Key responsibilities include: Support customers across the United States through on-site service and support Perform equipment start-ups, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance Coordinate information between customers and internal Lantech teams to resolve issues Provide technical phone support when not traveling Perform quality control inspections of equipment prior to shipment Travel up to 75% , with a comprehensive up to 6-month training program based in Louisville, KY What We’re Looking For This role does not require that you live in the Louisville, KY area.We’re seeking a self-motivated, customer-focused technician who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys hands-on problem solving.
