Volt is immediately hiring for Field Service/Repair Technician, Shrewsbury, MA

As a Field Service Representative, you will:

• Deliver, retrieve, and maintain medical equipment using a company vehicle.
• Clean, disinfect, test, and prepare equipment for use.
• Provide on-site support and superior customer service to patients and hospital staff.
• Manage orders and documentation accurately using company systems.
• Respond to service inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in locating missing equipment within customer facilities.
• Track inventory and coordinate deliveries and returns.
• Prepare and process shipments, load and unload equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

This is a Full time/Temp to Hire opportunity

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment
• Valid Driver's license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Clean driving record for last 3 years

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
