As a driving Security Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will use communication and technology tools to document activities and respond to security-related needs. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.46 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, including business areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter, as assigned. Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership. Document incidents, observations, and completed patrols accurately and promptly in accordance with site requirements. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
