Regional President
COMPANY PROFILE:

WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:
- $150,000 - $200,000 + Bonus

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Lead and support multiple market leaders to achieve regional growth objectives while developing high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Guide business growth initiatives by strengthening client relationships, expanding market opportunities, and monitoring performance against established goals.
- Provide oversight of commercial lending activities, including credit quality, portfolio performance, risk evaluation, and adherence to internal standards.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop regional strategies, establish financial objectives, and support long-term organizational growth.
- Promote consistent operational practices that align with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and service expectations.
- Coach and mentor leadership teams by establishing clear performance expectations, providing ongoing development, and fostering accountability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and community partners to enhance market presence and identify new growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE: • 10+ Years of Ag/Commercial Banking Experience• 3+ Years of Management Experience
• Strong understanding of Ag and Commercial Credit.
