Data Analytics Resource Planning - Associate

Position Overview The Commercial and Investment Bank Finance & Business Management Resource Planning team is looking for a strategic, analytical, and energetic professional to support the Wholesale Lending Services organization. You will partner with the business to help achieve their goals and work closely with senior Operations leaders and key partners across Finance, Business Management, and Data & Analytics teams. Job Responsibilities Partner with Wholesale Lending Service and the Commercial and Investment Bank Finance & Business Management team to budget and forecast headcount and direct expenses. Participate in the activity‑based costing process to allocate expenses across lines of business and the downstream client profitability system. Partner with Finance to build out loan origination forecasting models and translate results into actionable volume forecasts. Assist with building and enhancing capacity models across functions and activities. Lead capacity‑plan deliverables for an organization, partnering with business leaders and finance to model staffing needs in response to business drivers. Analyze large data sets to produce impactful strategic analysis. Participate in the budget and planning process, support analytics and forecasting, conduct monthly capacity‑plan calls with senior business leaders, and contribute to hiring decisions and operational planning. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor's degree. 4+ years of relevant experience. Strong presentation skills and ability to tell the story on initiatives. Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships across multiple levels of employees with strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment. Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret and present complex data. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 3+ years of financial services experience. Hands‑on experience using data to solve complex business problems, utilizing toolsets such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, Python. Experience with statistics and KPI development.
