About the Opportunity

Able Autism Therapy Services is seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinic in Sandy Springs.

What You'll Do

• Conduct behavioral and skills assessments, including FBAs and assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and PEAK. 
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans. 
• Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress and clinical needs. 
• Supervise, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to RBTs. 
• Partner with parents and caregivers through ongoing training and collaboration. 
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality, documentation, ethics, and BACB compliance. 
• Help foster a positive, collaborative clinical culture as our Sandy Springs center grows. 

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification in good standing. 
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. 
• Georgia licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. 
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills. 
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred. 
• Ability to obtain and maintain required payer credentialing.
