External Hospital Liaison - 3 SNF's located in Monroe County & Wyoming County, NY
Salary: based on experience
*Must be willing to travel* *Apply today*
Qualifications:
Must have current experience as a Marketing Liaison for skilled nursing facilities
Must have connections to local hospitals
Must have long term care/nursing home experience
Must be a self-starter and energetic
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Must be willing to travel
Responsibilities:
Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, discharge managers to maintain and develop referral relationships.
Work with Admissions department to meet short term and long-range census goals
Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentations as needed.
Help manage the admissions process to ensure satisfaction for residents and families
Create, manage and monitor new business development plans
Conduct research as needed.
