Latitude is working with a growing Nashville-area firm that is adding two attorneys to their sophisticated trust and estate practice that supports high net-worth individuals and families. If you are an attorney with anywhere from 3 years of estate planning experience to a highly experienced estate planning attorney with an LL.M. in Taxation, we have opportunities for you. From day-to-day advising to serving as a leader of strategy within the firm, this could be the right role for you. Both of these roles are direct-hire, on-site positions with a collaborative team that is client-focused and values mixing meaningful work with a healthy work/life balance. Location and Employment These are permanent on-site positions in the Nashville Metropolitan area that require residence in Middle Tennessee or a willingness to relocate to Middle Tennessee. Basic Requirements – Trusts and Estates Associate Attorney 3+ years of experience in estate planning, asset protection, and trust administration Active Tennessee Bar license or ability to obtain promptly upon hire Strong client communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills Experience with WealthCounsel and/or WealthDocx is a strong plus Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, growing firm JD from an accredited law school Basic Requirements – Senior Trusts and Estates Strategy Attorney Licensed attorney with at least seven years of practice experience specifically in estate planning LL.M. in Taxation or other advanced related certifications Proven ability to advise on legal risk and structure Experience reviewing or overseeing complex legal work Experience mentoring or developing attorneys JD from an accredited law school Position Details Type of role: In-House Counsel Schedule: Full-time Location: On-site (Nashville, TN Metropolitan Area) Latitude is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
