Quality TechDanville, Virginia On-Site 2-2-3 Schedule, $25/hr DescriptionDo you have a team player attitude, an eye for detail, and great problem-solving skills?Apply now for our Quality Tech position with our Fortune 500 client, a leader in the automotive manufacturing industry at a world-class global headquartered in Danville, VA!Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop an understanding of internal and external customer requirements related to specific manufacturing processes.Learn and apply existing technical solutions to meet product and process requirements.Perform work in accordance with applicable quality guidelines, standards, and procedures.Support the development of rubber component extruder tooling, ensure the quality of extruded components, and optimize extrusion processes to support tire manufacturing quality.Support the industrialization of new tooling specifications for extruded components.RequirementsSkills and Knowledge – Quality TechPositive and proactive attitude.Ability to actively participate in meetings and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.Willingness to communicate openly regarding areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.Education and Experience – Quality TechAssociate degree0+ years of experience required; this position can be developed through on-the-job training and experience.Demonstrated ability to apply systematic problem-solving tools and techniques.Ability to understand and troubleshoot equipment and process issues.Benefits & PayStarting at $25/HourA rotating 2-2-3 schedule401k eligibility after 1 year of employment!We offer health insurance, life insurance, and a 50% dental reimbursement programHave a question?Contact us.
