Body and Spine Easing Physical Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Danville, Virginia. This full-time position focuses on providing patient-centered care in an outpatient office setting. Work Environment

This role is onsite at our modern outpatient facility in Danville, Virginia, a community known for its close-knit environment and supportive healthcare network. Our facility is equipped with the latest therapeutic technology and a variety of rehabilitation tools, enabling our therapists to provide the highest quality of care. The work schedule provides a healthy work-life balance, with hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, establishing their needs and capabilities.
• Devise and implement customized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as exercise regimens, stretching, and manual therapy, aiming to alleviate pain and restore functional mobility.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Document all treatment sessions meticulously, tracking patients' responsiveness and improvements to ensure a clear record of their recovery journey.
• Educate patients and their families on the importance of prescribed exercises and therapy practices, as well as the correct use of any recommended assistive devices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure communication of treatment processes and goals.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer networking to maintain a high standard of care and stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Bachelor's degree with relevant certification.
• Possession of a valid State License to practice Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, although fresh graduates with a strong commitment to patient care are welcome to apply.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective patient interaction.
• Proficient in computer-based documentation and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience
