Overview Registered Nurse - Home Health travel assignment in Pullman, WA starting 07/06/2026 for 14 weeks, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. 8-hour shifts. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,267.00 – $2,436.00 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week Contract duration: 14 weeks Shift: 8 hours Start date: 07/06/2026 Setting: Home health care (travel assignment delivering nursing care in patients’ homes) Responsibilities Assess home health and hospice patients in stable and emergent situations to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs; document findings and share with the interdisciplinary team. Develop, implement, document, and evaluate the Plan of Care to ensure quality and continuity of care; update as patient needs change. Gather data on physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and cultural factors influencing health status and integrate into the Plan of Care. Maintain up-to-date patient records, documenting visits, contacts, problems, plans, actions, and goals; ensure changes are reflected promptly. Provide care with appropriate infection control measures; educate patients and families on care, medications, home safety, and self-care practices. Supervise and provide clinical directions to Home Health Aides, STNAs, and LVNs as assigned to ensure continuity and quality of service.
